Cost to ride
It only costs $1 to unlock a scooter, and around $0.15/minute after that – with an average trip length of around 13 minutes, that makes the average trip only around $3.

Both companies participating in ScooterLNK – Bird and Lime – run their scooters through an app available on your phone. View the videos above to learn more!
No smartphone or credit card? No problem. Lime offers a program called Lime Access that allows users to unlock scooters and plan payments via text message alongside discounted rates. Learn more at the link below.
Rules of the road

History of the ScooterLNK program
ScooterLNK started as a 6-month pilot program in September 2020 focused in the heart of downtown Lincoln. After being extended through December 2021, the pilot was approved to become a permanent service available throughout central Lincoln.
