The City of Lincoln has four different ways to get involved with Bin Buddies.
- Volunteer at local recycling collection sites
- Distribute waste reduction guidelines
- Become a Recycle Right advocate
- Become a Conscious Consumerism advocate
Each of the above offers a different way to get involved with recycling in Lincoln on a larger scale than your individual actions. It’s about helping community members learn about how to properly recycle, as well as contacting private businesses and asking for them to switch to more sustainable packaging.
